Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pilates Studio services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings require an active membership card with sufficient credits.
• Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the class start time.
• Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows forfeit the class credit.
• The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. Affected bookings will be fully refunded.

3. Membership Cards

• Membership cards are non-transferable and linked to a single account.
• Class packs expire based on the validity period stated at purchase.
• Unlimited memberships are valid for the purchased duration from activation.
• The studio may freeze or extend memberships at its discretion.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

5. Studio Policies

• Please arrive 10 minutes before class. Late entry may not be permitted.
• Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Grip socks are recommended for reformer classes.
• Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
• The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pilates Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical exercise and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
